Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 7 articles, creates the Plan for Brazil without misery. It aims at responding to extreme poverty situations faced by population within the entire National territory, through the integration and articulation of policies, programmes and actions to fight rural and urban poverty. Specific objectives of this Plan are: to raise family income per capita of extreme poor population; to improve the access of this population to public services; and to promote the access to opportunities for work and other income generating activities, through actions of productive inclusion.
Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
