Abstract
This Law establishes the State Support Programme for Private Natural Heritage Reserves, and provides for the creation, implementation and management of private natural heritage reserves, under the coordination of the state environmental agency. The Programme has the objective of encouraging the creation and implementation of this category of conservation unit, through the following actions: encouraging the strengthening of the associative organization of owners of State private natural heritage reserves; management with the competent bodies at all levels, aiming to grant tax exemptions and incentives for private natural heritage reserves; management with the related funds, to prioritizing the granting of credits to natural heritage reserves; support ecotourism and related environmental activities; technical guidance in the environmental preservation of natural heritage reserves; monitoring private natural heritage reserves, etc.
