Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 8 articles, regulates Law No. 12.783 on concessions for production, transmission and supply of electric energy. It specifies tax and tariff regime for electric energy sector within the National territory. The Energy Development Account (CDE), in addition to other purposes, will cover the following discounts on the tariffs applicable to users of the public electricity distribution service, pursuant to item VII of art. 13 of Law No. 10.438 of 26 April 2002.
