Abstract
This Decree amends the Annex of Decree No. 4.954 regulating production and trade of plant fertilizers destined to agriculture. Amendments deal with administrative and legal procedures and establish terms and conditions for classification, control and inspection over the production and trade of fertilizers, inoculants or bio-fertilizers used in agriculture.
