Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 6.268 on the classification for plant products and by-products. Amendments establishes that buying of small amounts of plant products are exempt from the compulsory classification, as well as their by-products and residues of economic value held by the Government and with exemption from the bidding process of small and medium farmers.
