Abstract
This Decree amends the Inter-Ministerial Executive Committee for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, with the purpose of establishing guidelines and coordinating actions related to the protection of the ozone layer. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, in particular related to promoting the upgrading of PBH in order to consider scientific and technological development and economic aspects in line with the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
