Decree No. 9.554 approving the Regulation of the State Secretariat for Industry, Trade and Services (SIC).

This Decree approves the Regulation of the State Secretariat for Industry, Commerce and Services (SIC), under the direct administration of the Executive Branch of the State of Goiás, created by Law No. 20.491 of 25 June 2019. SIC is responsible for: formulating the State's tourism policy; manage agro-industrial districts; monitoring financing programmes with the productive sector in the mid-west; formulate and implement state policy for attracting investments; formulation and execution of public policies related to foreign trade, international negotiations, coordination with foreign government agencies, as well as the coordination of actions at the international level, aimed at state public sector programs and projects; the formulation and execution of the state regional development policy, with services, activities and works, aimed at the development of all regions of the State; the formulation and execution of state microcredit policy; the formulation of guidelines for planning the mining sector; and the coordination, guidance and supervision of projects that deal with Public Private Partnership - PPP, concession, permission for use or exploitation of state public goods and services.
