Abstract
This Decree establishes provisions on the reserves for timber extraction. It consists of 7 articles and 1 annex establishing the requirements for exploiting and managing natural resources in compliance with article 7 of Decree-Law No. 271 of 28 February 1967. This Decree also establishes land use and concession rights. Annex lists aforementioned reserves.

This Decree implements Acts No. 6.938 of 31 August 1981 and No. 7.804 of 18 July 1989 as well as Decree-Law No. 271 (art. 7) of 28 February 1967 (not available in the Data-base) and revokes all contrary provisions.
