Decree No. 9.928 creating the Integrated Technical Committee for the Development of the Fuel Market, other Petroleum Derivatives and Biofuels.

This Decree, consisting of 11 articles, creates the Integrated Technical Committee for the Development of the Fuel Market, other Petroleum Derivatives and Biofuels. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to perform the following activities: comply with the provisions of the Integrated Technical Committee for the Development of the Fuel Market, other Petroleum Derivatives and Biofuels; elaborate studies on matters that, due to their nature and complexity, need deepening; and enable the elaboration of several studies simultaneously.
