Law No. 10.092 establishing the State Policy for the Valorization of Rural Women.

This Law establishes the State Policy for the Valorization of Rural Women. The State Policy has as its main purpose the promotion of women's rural activity, their qualified inclusion in agricultural activity with the development of actions that result in respect for their productive capacity and their professional potential, etc. The State Policy has the following objectives: boost the qualified inclusion of female rural workers, promoting events aimed at training, profession and strengthening them in rural work; prioritize women heads of rural establishments in accessing resources, subsidies and public policies aimed at agriculture in the State of Pará; provide sustainable economic and social development of rural establishments headed by women, improving the quality of life of families and reducing gender inequalities; promote preventive actions to gender-based violence and property violence in the rural are; guarantee women psychosocial assistance, ensuring them emotional fulfillment in their work, in their productive capacity, in their feelings, in their mental and physical potential and in their professional and family role as a rural producer.
