Law No. 10.276 creating the Multi-Year Plan (PPA) of the State of Rio de Janeiro for 2024-2027.

This Law creates the Multi-Year Plan (PPA) of the State of Rio de Janeiro for 2024-2027. The PPA 2024-2027 may have its programming revised annually, in the form of a Bill, observing the physical and financial follow-up, the process of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the programmes, as a result of necessary adjustments in the face of new scenarios and situations not foreseen when it was drawn up, including to adapt to the PEDES when necessary. With regard to the aforementioned planning process, institutional communication between the central body and the sectoral bodies will be carried out through the Planning Network, in line with the decentralized management model established by Decree No. 48.413 of 21 March 2023.
