Abstract
This Law creates the State Policy of Training and Continuing Qualification of Women for the World of Work. The objectives of this State Policy are: technical training of women in all professional areas that make up the world of work, establishing priorities according to demand, both from women and the job market itself; enabling full access for women to the world of work and the job market, with professional quality, social inclusion, autonomy and economic independence. To achieve these objectives, women will be given the following: courses, projects and programmes, in an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary manner, with priority being given to heads of families or victims of domestic or family violence, which may be established public-private partnerships for its implementation; establish topics on entrepreneurship development, public and private management, finance, gender and human and labour rights, among others.
