Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 11.612 establishing the State Policy on Water Resources and the Water Management System. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, requirements and conditions to perform waterworks and water reservoirs for human consumption, also in view of touristic sustainable development of the area, according to existing Federal or Municipal legislation.
