Abstract
This Law aims to support and strengthen family farming in the State of Mato Grosso by mandating the donation of tractors, machinery, and other equipment seized in actions against illegal mining and illegal deforestation to family‑based agricultural associations. Its main objective is to promote productive inclusion, improve working conditions, and foster sustainable rural development by reallocating assets obtained from environmental enforcement to socially beneficial uses, prioritizing small or underserved rural properties and initiatives that do not cause environmental degradation.
