Abstract
This Law establishes the State Policy for Promoting Young Entrepreneur Credit under art. 15 of Federal Law No. 12.852 of 5 August 2013. The aim of the State Policy is in particular: I - to develop strategies and actions to strengthen young entrepreneurs in the State of Mato Grosso; II - to develop strategies and actions to promote entrepreneurship in the various economic segments of the State; III - to encourage young people to become micro or small entrepreneurs from the outset of their entry into the labour market; IV - to develop and promote free, high-quality training courses, seeking partnerships with institutions such as the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (SEBRAE).
