Law No. 12.432 establishing the Multi-Year Plan for the four-year period 2024-2027.

This Law establishes the Multi-Year Plan for the 2024-2027 four-year period, presenting the guidelines, objectives and targets of the State Public Administration for capital and other expenditure arising therefrom, in compliance with art. 165 of the Federal Constitution, and art. 162 of the State Constitution. The 2024-2027 Multi-Year Plan organizes government action into programmes and measures, which will be geared towards achieving the government objectives defined for the period of its validity and expressed in the Mato Grosso State Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan for the State of Mato Grosso was drawn up for the Executive Branch, based on long-term strategic guidelines, resulting in the Strategic Map for the Executive Branch and its outcomes, which concertize the results that need to be achieved in the medium and long term.
The PPA 2024-2027 aims to manage and maintain the state of the budget units of the State Executive Branch, through the following axes: I - social axis: actions aimed at education, health, security, social assistance, etc.; II - economic axis: policies aimed at economic development, job and income generation, etc. III - environmental axis: actions that promote environmental conservation of Mato Grosso's biomes and natural resources; IV - infrastructure axis: policies that develop and promote the infrastructure and logistics of the state of Mato Grosso; V - digital axis: actions that improve access to and the quality of services provided to citizens, through digital resources, innovation, scientific and technological development; VI - institutional axis: actions aimed at organising the state itself.
