Abstract
This Law establishes a State policy aimed at stimulating and promoting the development of the sharing economy in Mato Grosso, defining it as a model that maximizes the use of goods and resources through digital platforms that enable sharing, exchange, and interaction among users. Its primary objective is to foster an integrated ecosystem of collaborative initiatives by encouraging the participation of public and private actors, reducing bureaucratic and regulatory barriers, facilitating market entry for innovative solutions, and creating a secure and supportive environment for emerging enterprises and entrepreneurs operating within collaborative and multilateral platforms. In addition, the Law seeks to promote socioeconomic development by promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and cultural exchange through mechanisms such as multilateral barter, donation, and alternative credit systems. It aims to expand consumer choice, improve the quality and diversity of products and services, attract investment, and strengthen connections between the State Government and the collaborative economy ecosystem.
