Abstract
This Law establishes rules on the General Tourism Fund, a special fund to provide financial support to the tourism sector and encourage the development of the tourism production chain, and changes its name to Novo Fungetur. The New Fungetur will have its functioning and operating conditions regulated by an act of the Minister of State for Tourism.
