Abstract
This Law provides for the regulation of the profession of professional sports and recreational sailor. Professional sports and recreational sailors are those who are licensed to pilot and operate sports and recreational vessels on a non-commercial basis, hired specifically for this purpose. Only those who have a licence certified by a representative of the maritime authority may drive and operate sports and recreational vessels.
