Law No. 15.441 establishing safety standards for practising Recreational Diving Tourism and Leisure in the State of Pernambuco (MRTL).

This Law, consisting of 7 articles, establishes safety standards for practising Recreational Diving Tourism and Leisure in the State of Pernambuco (MRTL). It specifies the technical and general requirements to be satisfied by autonomous recreational diving activity for tourism or leisure purposes such as: specific diving areas; the recreational scuba supervised directly by professional instructors, registered in the Captaincy of Pernambuco Ports (PCAP) and accredited by international certification duly authorized, in accordance with standards of ISO, provided for in Federal Law No. 11.771 of 17 September 2008.
