Law No. 16.102 establishing the State Programme to Support and Encourage Women Entrepreneurs Heads of Household.

This Law establishes the State Programme to Support and Encourage Women Entrepreneurs Heads of Household, with the aim of promoting the financial independence of female family leaders by encouraging women's entrepreneurship. The objectives of the State Programme for Women Heads of Household are: I - offer accessible credit lines; II - provide financial education; III - provide training for the business environment; IV - create co-operation mechanisms with the private sector; V - financing ventures; VI - develop small businesses. The objectives above referred should include qualification, business management, marketing, information technology, innovation and entrepreneurship for Women Entrepreneurs Heads of Household.
