Law No. 17.355 on the Regularization of the Registration Status of the Agricultural and Livestock Producer/Breeder, Updating the Agricultural Registration of the Agricultural and Livestock Protection Agency of the State of Ceará.

This Law aims to regulate the Registration Status of the Agricultural and Livestock Producer/Breeder, Updating the Agricultural Registration of the Agricultural and Livestock Protection Agency of the State of Ceará (Adagri). Producers/breeders with an irregular registration status with the Adagri, due to non-compliance with the imposed animal health obligation, including for not having carried out the mandatory vaccination, vaccination declaration and/or registration update of their herd or agricultural plot, will have the period of 90 days to regularize their registration with the aforementioned Agency without a notice of infraction being drawn up in their name and without a penalty being applied due to said registration update/regularization.
