Law No. 18.835 establishing the Multi-Year Plan for the four-year period 2024-2027.

This Law establishes the Multi-Year Plan for the four-year period 2024-2027 (PPA 2024-2027), in compliance with the provisions of art. 120 of the State Constitution. The PPA 2024-2027 is composed by - Annex I: a) Thematic Programmes; and b) Management, Maintenance and State Service Programmes; Annex II, containing the priorities of the State Public Administration for the 2024 financial year, in compliance with art. 4 of Law No. 18.674 of 2 August 2023; and Annex III, containing the approved parliamentary amendments. The PPA 2024-2027 is the government planning instrument, guiding the implementation of public policies for the four-year period 2024-2027, based on the following premises: efficient, modern public management focused on the State's population; transparency and ethics in the conduct of public management; decentralization and innovation; social and environmental sustainability; government presence and responsibility; stimulation of competitive economic development; and fiscal and social responsibility.
