Law No. 1.914 approving the Multi-Year Plan (PPA) of the State of Roraima for 2024-2027.

This Law establishes the Multi-Year Plan (PPA) of the State of Roraima for the period 2024-2027, in compliance with the State Constitution and Complementary Law No. 066 of 23 April 2003. The PPA 2024-2027 organizes government action, in a regionalized manner, into programmes and actions aimed at achieving the Government guidelines, objectives and goals defined for the period of validity of the Plan. The structure of the PPA 2024–2027 is made up of: Volume I a) Annex I – Strategic Guidelines; Volume II b) Annex II – Presentation of Programmes by Axis; c) Annex III – Presentation of the Administrative Support Programme by Body; Volume III d) Annex IV – Presentation of Programme Attributes. As a macro organization of the programmatic part, the PPA 2024-2027 will use as a guiding element the 8 Axes of the RORAIMA 2030 Plan: Management and Economy; Sustainable Development; Health; Wellbeing; Education; Security; Infrastructure; and Science, Technology and Innovation. Additionally, as a step towards preparing the PPA, were held awareness-raising and training events aimed at the central planning body and sectoral bodies, to develop theoretical and practical capacity in the process of preparing the PPA and structuring its programmes.
The Law includes: I - annex with the socioeconomic diagnosis of Rio Grande do Norte; II - annex of the Thematic Programmes of the Multi-Year Plan 2024-2027, separated by axis; III - annex to the Management, Maintenance and Services Programme for the State; IV - annex of Goals and Priorities for the 2024 financial year; V - annex of Transversal Agendas.
