Abstract
This Law creates the State Policy to Promote Female Entrepreneurship in the State of Amapá and defines its principles and objectives, aimed at improving training and education of women entrepreneurs and develop women entrepreneurs' access to credit promoting their socio-economic inclusion. The State Policy objectives are to: encourage the transformation of women into entrepreneurial leaders, with the sensitivity to identify opportunities for professional, family development and development of the territory in which they live; encourage the development of projects, to be developed by women, as a way of enabling alternatives for work and income; expand skills, knowledge and practices that enable efficient business management, promoting entrepreneurship, leadership, planning, trade, rural business and governance; encourage the development of skills related to entrepreneurial activities; encourage women and their families to structure a governance strategy for family succession; broaden understanding of development, entrepreneurship, leadership, regional cultures and public policies for women's empowerment and their interest in cooperative business, etc.
