Law No. 24.195 creating the State Policy on Innovative Entrepreneurship.

This Law establishes the State Policy for Innovative Entrepreneurship in the State of Goiás, aimed at fostering the creation, development, and consolidation of innovative enterprises, including startups and technology-based companies. It also emphasizes capacity-building initiatives, mentorship programs, networking events, and public-private partnerships to stimulate innovation and attract talent. In addition, the policy encourages collaboration between businesses, academic institutions, research centers, and the public sector, while providing for future regulation and monitoring to ensure effective implementation.
