Law No. 24.317 creating the Women's Partner Company Seal.

This Law creates the Women's Partner Company Seal, to be granted to State companies that contribute to actions and projects related to the promotion and guarantee of women's rights. To obtain such seal, the interested company will be responsible for: promoting, assisting, supporting and conducting professional training programmes aimed at women; committing with public or private bodies or companies, philanthropic entities and associations aimed at professional qualification, inclusion, well-being and development of women in the labour market; publicizing public policies or campaigns adopted within the State in defense of women's rights; promoting informative and affirmative actions on topics related to women's health, quality of life, entrepreneurship and the job market; encouraging prenatal care for pregnant employees; maintaining adequate location and conditions for breastfeeding or collection of breast milk by breastfeeding women; promoting campaigns, projects or programs to promote women's health.
