Abstract
This Law establishes the promotion of Black People Entrepreneurship in the State of Amapá, with the aim of creating conditions to increase the inclusion, productivity and sustainable development of black-people-led enterprises in the market. The strategic objectives of the State Policy for Encouraging Entrepreneurship are: support small, medium and large-scale projects by black entrepreneurs in the State of Amapá; reduce barriers to access and strengthening initiatives by black entrepreneurs in Amapá in the market; support black entrepreneurs already operating in Amapá to develop their businesses and increase their competitiveness; expand business training and qualification actions, in partnership with governmental and non-governmental institutions; facilitate conditions of access to credit for black entrepreneurs; enable access to production goods, equipment, furniture and other means necessary to operationalize ventures; increase the average salary of black and female entrepreneurs; adapt the approach to supporting entrepreneurs in the solidarity economy, informal, individual, micro and small entrepreneurs to include race issues throughout the training and production process; fight against institutional racism.
