Abstract
This Law amends article 4 of Law No. 2.508 on the prohibition of professional fishing within the Guaporé River basin. Amended article deals with terms and conditions of such a prohibition and establishes baselines for the State Policy regulating fisheries sector, in particular for authorised fish size, quantity of fish caught and fishing methods.
