Abstract
This Law establishes rules aimed at encouraging the implementation of agro-ecological production systems by family farmers within the State of Amapá. The State Government, through its competent Secretariat, will define policies to encourage the adoption of agro-ecological production systems by family farmers in the State of Amapá, through the following instruments: I - provision of technical assistance and public rural extension; II - agro-ecological research; III - commercialization of agro-ecological products; IV - consumption of agroecological products by beneficiaries of social and school feeding programmes; V - support for agroecological fairs; VI - quality certification process; VII - support for nationally recognized entities that work with the certification of agroecological products in the State; VIII - definition of rural credit lines; IX - support for the organisation of farmers and consumers of agroecological products; X - promotion of actions aimed at education for responsible consumption.
