Abstract
This Law establishes the State Policy for the Migrant Population in the State of Amapá that will have the following objectives: I - guarantee immigrants access to social rights and public services; II - promote respect for diversity and interculturality; III - prevent violations of rights; IV - foster social participation and develop coordinated actions with civil society. Migrant population is considered to be all people who move from another country to Brazil, as well as their families, regardless of their migratory and documentary status.
