Abstract
This Law establishes the State Policy on Community-Based Rural Tourism in Family Farming within the State of Amapá. The activities of Rural Tourism in Family Farming are based on and committed to the following objectives: be an environmentally sustainable and socially just form of tourism; encourage the diversification of production and provide direct marketing of local products, offered by farmers and rural youth; value and revive local and regional handicrafts, rural family culture and typical rural events; contribute to the revitalization of the rural territory and the recovery of the self-esteem of family farmers, rural quilombo remnant, indigenous and traditional communities; preferably be developed in an associative way; be developed and organized in a supportive way; be complementary to other activities of family farmers' production; provide coexistence between visitors and the rural family, prioritizing the involvement of young people, women and the elderly in the activities presented to tourists, without excluding people with disabilities; encourage production activities with a focus on the agro-ecological system, soil and water management and conservation, promoting the sustainability, the environment and the conservation of biodiversity.
