Abstract
This Law provides for the implementation of the Sustainable Agribusiness Incentive Policy in the State of Amapá, through the programmes and actions recommended in the multi-annual plan, budget guidelines and annual budget law, and in accordance with sustainable development objectives. The State Policy should have financial incentives to be applied by national financial institutions and development funds, in accordance with art. 41 of the General and Transitional Provisions of the Constitution of the State of Amapá. The implementation of the State's Policy is aimed at: I - supporting the production chain of rural producers and family farming, agroforestry systems, industrial crops, livestock, floriculture, oil production, organic production, the reuse of wood from areas of suppression duly authorized by the environmental agencies, reuse by related cooperatives; II - organizing and marketing regional fairs; III - implementing the registration of rural properties involved in agribusiness, through an information system.
