This Law approves the revision of the Multi-Year Plan of the State of Amapá (PPA AP 2024–2027) for the fiscal years 2026 and 2027, with the objective of improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of public policies in the State of Amapá. The revision is intended to strengthen governmental planning by updating programmes, actions, targets, products, and indicators in light of evolving socioeconomic conditions and administrative needs, while preserving the overall structure and strategic framework established under Law No. 2.975 of 2023. The law seeks to optimize the use of public resources and enhance the quality of services and results delivered to the population through continuous improvement of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation processes. The law also aims to maintain coherence between the Multi-Year Plan, the Budget Guidelines Law (LDO), and the Annual Budget Law (LOA), ensuring that programme objectives, financial allocations, and performance targets remain aligned throughout 2026 and 2027. It authorizes the State Planning Secretariat (SEPLAN) to adjust programmes and actions as necessary while preserving their essential purposes and upholding the management, monitoring, transparency, and evaluation mechanisms already established in the original PPA.
