Abstract
This Law amends article 2 of Law No. 2.508 of 6 July 2011, providing for the prohibition of professional fishing in the Guaporé River basin and establishes guidelines for the State Policy for Planning the Fishing Sector". The above mentioned article is amended as follows: "Art. 2 For the purposes of social integration and supplementing family income, the prohibition expressed in the caput of article 1 shall not apply to professional fishers who, duly authorized, fish and sell up to 280 kg of fish per month."
