Abstract
This Law establishes the State Policy to Support Rural Tourism within Family Farming (TRAF) in the State of Rondônia. It includes as beneficiaries of this support also: Artisanal fishers, quilombolas, agrarian reform settlers and indigenous communities. Family farmers will not lose the benefits they already enjoy from other programmes related to family farming, such as the exemption from Urban Property Tax (IPTU), which may be granted, the reduced tariff on electricity consumption for consumer units in the Rural Class, the lines of financing from the National Programme for Strengthening Family Farming (Pronaf), among others.
