Abstract
This Law, composed of 2 articles, adds the paragraph "q)" to article 26 of the Law No. 4.771 of 15 September 1965 introducing the New Forestry Code. The paragraph adds, among the crimes foreseen by article 26, the transformation of hardwood into coal, even for industrial purposes, without the permission of the related authority.
