Law No. 6.732 establishing the Female Entrepreneurship Seal, to be granted to companies, government and social entities that work in the development of actions involving the training, qualification, preparation and insertion of women in the labour market and female entrepreneurship.

This Law establishes the Female Entrepreneurship Seal which will be valid annually, and continuously renewable for the same period. Related entities can use it in all their products, advertising pieces and media. These entities are entitled to the Female Entrepreneurship Seal, as long as they meet the following requirements: I – maintain a working environment compatible with the rules related to occupational medicine, physical and emotional integrity and the human dignity of women; II – observe gender equality in terms of remuneration; III – develop professional qualification courses aimed at the inclusion and development of women in the labour market; IV – promote female entrepreneurship projects and programmes; V – internal and external dissemination of affirmative and informative actions on topics related to women’s rights; VI – maintain partnerships with public and private bodies and institutions whose purpose is to defend women’s rights; VII – promote the training of women with technical courses and cooperative training; VIII – promote cooperation between public entities and the business sector for female entrepreneurship, etc.
