Law No. 6.837 establishing the Digital Government Policy of the State of Amazonas, creating the Digital Governance and Transformation Committee, and makes other provisions.

This Law creates the Digital Government Policy of the State of Amazonas and the Digital Governance and Transformation Committee. The objectives of the Digital Government Policy are, among others: I develop and make available digital systems and platforms that facilitate citizens' access to public services; modernize internal government processes through automation and digitalization; increase the transparency of government actions by disseminating information in digital formats; promote citizen participation through online consultations and interactions; guarantee cyber security and the protection of citizens' personal data; promote the provision of digital public services in an integrated manner; promote the preparation of the Annual Information and Communication Technology Contracting Plan (PCA-TI); implement continuous mechanisms for evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of Digital Government initiatives, ensuring the constant updating and improvement of digital services and transparency in the management of public information; promote the improvement of public management processes, etc.
