This Law provides for the priority in taking resources destined for microcredit by the Government of the Federal District to women's groups. The following groups of women have priority in obtaining resources destined for microcredit by the Government of the Federal District: I – mothers alone; II – women victims of domestic violence; III – black women; IV – low-income women. Such prioritization does not exclude credit analysis, which must take into account the needs and payment capacity of the enterprise, in accordance with Complementary Law No. 704 of 18 January 2005, and the regulatory decrees of the Generation Fund of Employment and Income of the Federal District.
