Law No. 7.378 approving the Multi-Year Plan of the Federal District for the four-year period 2024-2027.

This Law establishes the Multi-Year Plan of the Federal District for the four-year period 2024-2027 (PPA 2024-2027), in compliance with Law of the Federal District. The PPA is the governmental planning instrument that defines the guidelines, programmes, objectives, goals, actions and indicators, with the purpose of enabling, in the medium term, the implementation and management of public policies. The PPA 2024-2027 contemplates the planning of the Bodies and Entities of the Direct and Indirect District Public Administration, the Legislative Chamber of the Federal District and the Court of Auditors of the Federal District, in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Federal District 2019-2060, with the UN SDGs and with the Territorial Planning Master Plan (PDOT). The allocation of resources and the implementation of public policies will be guided by the following Thematic Axes, contained in the Strategic Plan of the Government of the Federal District: I – Health; II – Security; III – Education; IV – Economic Development; V – Social Development; VI – Territorial Development; VII – Environment; VIII – Management and Strategy.
