Law No. 738 providing for the Rural Land Policy of the State of Roraima.

This Law provides for the rural land policy of the State of Roraima, promoting measures that allow for the rational and economic use of rural public lands, ensuring that all those who live and work there have the opportunity to access property, in order to meet the principles of social justice, agricultural development and the social function of property. The State's rural land policy is based on citizenship and human dignity, and will be implemented by the Roraima Land Institute (ITERAIMA). ITERAIMA will implement the Rural Technical Registry System throughout the State, with the aim of planning and developing agrarian, agricultural, land regularization, natural resource use, tourism potential and urban policy support policies for municipalities, based on the National Rural Registry System (SNCR).
