Abstract
This Law creates the Women's Protection Code, establishing rules for protecting women, guaranteeing their rights and measures to combat all forms of violence. Every woman has the right to life, freedom, autonomy of will, freedom of expression, to choose her profession, to equal opportunities and equal pay in the job market, to choose to care freely for her family, to exercise her faith, and any action contrary to the exercise of the rights now recognized must be strictly curbed. The policy aims to: guarantee the full exercise of women's rights and safeguard their physical and psychological integrity, as well as ensuring that all women can freely exercise their rights.
