Law No. 8.079 providing guidelines for the implementation of the State Business Preparation Programme for Women Entrepreneurs.

This Law establishes the guidelines for the implementation of the State Business Preparation Programme for Women Entrepreneurs. The Executive Branch may implement the State Business Preparatory Programme for Women Entrepreneurs, with the aim of promoting and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives led by women, offering structural support, training, and access to resources. The State Business Preparatory Programme for Women Entrepreneurs will follow the following guidelines: provision of physical space equipped for the development of projects and businesses; provision of training courses in business management, innovation, digital technology and access to credit; establishment of partnerships with financial institutions and development agencies to facilitate access to microcredit; legal and accounting support for business formalisation and management; creation of a mentoring programme with experienced businesswomen to guide new entrepreneurs; promotion of fairs and events for the exhibition and marketing of products and services developed by women participating in the programme; encouragement of innovation and the development of sustainable solutions in start-up businesses.
