Abstract
This Law creates the State Council for the Protection of Wild Fauna and Domestic Animals. This State Council aims to carry out integrated coordination between federal, state and municipal bodies, research institutions, ethics committees in the use of animals and civil society protective entities to act in administrative technical cooperation or operational through instruments of agreements, agreements or commitments made between the parties, aimed at animal protection and welfare.
