The law also aims to safeguard people and property through the involvement of public security authorities in implementing these disclosure measures. To support transparency and public access to information, it mandates the creation of an electronic database containing records of disclosed fraud cases and requires the State to publicize the existence of this repository. Furthermore, all communications issued under the law must serve educational, informative, or social-guidance purposes and may not be used to promote public authorities or government officials, ensuring that the dissemination of information remains focused on public interest and fraud prevention.
