Abstract
This Law establishes guidelines for supporting youth entrepreneurship in public schools within the State of Amazonas, with the primary objective of fostering an entrepreneurial culture among students in the public education system. The law seeks to develop entrepreneurial skills among young people, enhance their preparation for the labour market, and contribute to income generation and social development. It also promotes the creation of practical entrepreneurial initiatives, such as entrepreneurship fairs, idea competitions, and school-based startups, while encouraging cooperation between public institutions, private organizations, and third-sector entities to provide technical and financial support for student projects. The law provides a framework for implementing entrepreneurship education through the inclusion of subjects related to finance, management, marketing, innovation, and business development within school curricula. It also encourages the organization of workshops, training courses, lectures, and entrepreneurship clubs in public schools, as well as the promotion of events such as hackathons, fairs, and investment rounds for student-led projects.
