Abstract
This Law creates the State Executive Secretariat for Fisheries under the State Secretariat for the Development of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Secretariat entitled to perform any related activities in the framework of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.
