This Law establishes the Programme to Promote Youth Entrepreneurship within the State of Alagoas, with the objective of encouraging young people to create and develop new businesses while strengthening their entrepreneurial skills and capacities. The programme is designed to foster youth participation in economic activities by promoting business creation, innovation, and self-employment opportunities. It specifically targets young entrepreneurs between 18 and 29 years of age residing in Alagoas who demonstrate interest and potential to start or expand their own enterprises. To achieve these objectives, the Law provides for a series of support measures, including training programs, courses, workshops, and specialized instruction on business management, business planning, marketing, finance, and innovation. It also establishes mentorship initiatives through which experienced entrepreneurs and market professionals provide guidance and support to young entrepreneurs during the planning, implementation, and growth phases of their businesses. The programme is to be widely publicized and implemented across all regions of the state, with particular attention to socially and economically vulnerable areas, thereby promoting inclusive economic development and expanding entrepreneurial opportunities for youth.
