Abstract
This Law establishes Environmental Fees for Administrative Service (TSA), to be paid to Off-shore area of Manaus (Suframa) and for Control of Environment (TFA). Fee values shall be given to the Brazilian Institution for Environment and Natural Renewable Resources (Ibama), through an environmental monitoring fee.
